With this new series of dumpers, Crosetto Rimorchi aims to further increase durability thanks to the modularity of the frames and bodies, available with both steel structures and sides.
The range of dumper trailers includes models with a capacity of up to 40 tonnes, with four axles, approved by Mother Regulation for speeds of up to 60 km/h.
Made of special steel, they are designed with structures capable of withstanding heavy loads thanks to the use of oversized hydraulic tipping cylinders and appropriate suspension. Suitable for heavy-duty use in both agriculture and earthmoving, they are equipped with 10-hole industrial axles approved for speeds up to 60 km/h with self-steering systems with quick hydraulic locking.
Rigid rocker, bogie, parabolic leaf spring, industrial Ror/ADR leaf spring, self-levelling pneumatic or hydraulic suspensions with nitrogen compensators can be integrated with leaf spring shock-absorbing drawbars or hydraulic cylinders with nitrogen compensators.
The braking and steering corrector provides high safety coefficients both on and off-road.
The availability of a hermetic rear closure and a hydraulic or electric “cover-uncover” type upper closure, together with remote controls for all functions, allows for any type of application.
The sides can be made of steel or aluminium, and the availability of side extensions up to 80 cm in height allows for a capacity of up to 50 cubic metres.
