Hydraulically variable reversible four-furrow plough.

To facilitate tipping, a cylinder is mounted which allows the plough to be aligned with the tractor, to improve the rotational manoeuvring.
ORSI four-furrow ploughs can be equipped with a patented transport system.
The folding version has been designed to facilitate transport by reducing overall dimensions as well as the load on the tractor.
All closing and reopening movements occur in sequence; the drive does not require additional hydraulic distributors as it is operated by the hydraulic control of the variable working width.

The load-bearing beam, the support elements and the hinge use a coupling system to the frame that excludes welding. The couplings of the bodies are carried out with interference in order to make a joint fixed by bolting.

CHARACTERISTICS:
The frame is made of steel appropriately shaped and milled to be suitably assembled on the load-bearing beam. The latter has no welding and has no holes in the central part, so as to increase the resistant section in the area subjected to bending loads.

The tensile safety screw:
- allows for easy and immediate replacement
- respects the sizing load (unlike the shearing system)
- does not alter the fixing points of the system
