Disc mower with capacity for power from 25 to 45 HP, widths from 165 cm to 320 cm.

Set up in various sizes - you will have the choice of Trailed, Frontal and Lateral models.
Perfect cut that does not damage the product: regular, soft and well-ventilated swaths, high feed speed, low wear and maintenance rate.

These machines significantly reduce haymaking times, minimising the risk of adverse weather conditions and ensuring optimal conditions for product preservation.

Front and rear-mounted disc mowers are machines that offer various possibilities for combination with others, both for performing two operations simultaneously and for increasing the cutting width.
The parallel three-point hitch (unique in its kind) allows perfect adaptability to any type of terrain and, thanks to suspension springs, the pressure of the machine on the turf is significantly reduced, promoting regrowth.
The front mower can be supplied with a choice of 540 and 1000 rpm power take-offs and can be mounted rear-mounted or front-mounted, depending on requirements.

Side disc mowers
The articulated point in the centre of the drums allows perfect adaptability to any type of terrain, preventing the turf from being crushed even when working on steep slopes.
All transmission components and gears are enclosed in an oil bath gearbox.
The transport system on the side mowers allows the machine's centre of gravity to be moved considerably towards the tractor.
The length is reduced considerably and the weight of the machine is shifted towards the tractor, making it easier to transport.

Technical features

  • The gears (enclosed in an oil bath box) ensure considerable durability with minimal maintenance.
  • The structure of the trough and lid is reinforced for greater flexural stiffness.
  • The oval-shaped blade holder discs, with a special shaped profile, ensure robustness and non-deformability even in heavy working conditions and on stony ground.
  • The articulated attachment (twistable attachment) of the Galfrè mower easily adapts to any type of terrain.
  • Upon collisions with obstacles, the safety release causes the mower bar to release, considerably limiting any damage.
