Our Complex EVO is the result of the work and study of our team of experts. After years of testing and countless recommendations from our users, we have come to offer the public this new model, designed as a plant for large productions.
It is designed to process any type of material, from branches to logs up to a maximum diameter of 500 mm.

Its main strength lies in the fact that it only requires a single operator, who feeds the material approach tank to the disc from the main console via a horizontal log loader, and can easily and quickly select whether to manage the cutting phase manually or automatically, and set the length of the pieces.

The version with incorporated log splitter allows the operator to select at each cutting cycle whether to split the log immediately or, in the case of wood in small bundles, to evacuate the wood immediately into the discharge conveyor by means of an extension of the pusher tank.

Finally, the system can be combined with a palletizer, which allows the material to be stored instantly, in sacks placed on transport pallets.
The Complex EVO is certainly a good compromise between maximum production and operating costs, without neglecting the fact that operators work safely with maximum productivity and without expending the slightest effort.
